EULA - End User License Agreement

BY INSTALLING THE FOLLOWING PROGRAM YOU AGREE TO THE CONDITIONS OF THE GIVEN LICENSING AGREEMENT (the Licensing Agreement is below)
The given computer program (hereinafter referred to as the Program), its related documentation, any of its replicas or derivations based on it (including its results) belong solely to and are copyrighted by Metalex Soft.
Any application of the Program is permitted if and only if it is compliant with the conditions of this Licensing Agreement The Program is solely for use by end users according to the terms of the License Agreement. Any use, reproduction, or redistribution of the Program not in accordance with the terms of the License Agreement is expressly prohibited.
You may use the Program for non-commercial purposes in a demo-mode for 20 days. If you wish to use the Program after the conclusion of this period, you MUST register. By registering, you get a non-exclusive permission to use one (1) copy of the Program on one (1) computer. You can find the registration instructions on this website: http://www.metalexsoft.com

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT:
Limited Use License. Metalex Soft hereby grants, and by installing the Program you thereby accept, a limited, non-exclusive license and right to install and use one (1) copy of the Program for your use on a computer.
You are not allowed to carry out any copying, disassembly, modification, code analysis in any way, or production of the relative assets without the deliberate written permission of the author.
You have the right to individual use of the given product, whereas you have no right to sell, lend, lease, license, or rent copies of this Program, or assist in aforementioned actions.
